Refunds & Cancellation Policy
This Refunds & Cancellation Policy explains how payments,
refunds, cancellations, and related matters are handled for the services provided
by Sutarzade Mahasangh Matrimony (the “Platform”, “Website”, “we”,
“our”, or “us”). This Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions and should be
read together with them.
1. General
By purchasing any paid membership, plan, or service on the Platform, you acknowledge
that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
2. Membership Plans & Payments

We may offer different types of paid memberships or add-on services (for example:
profile highlight, contact view, additional interests, etc.).

The features, duration, and charges of each plan will be displayed on the Website
or communicated through our official channels.

Payments can be made using the available payment methods such as UPI, net banking,
debit/credit cards, wallets, or other modes supported by our payment gateway.

Once a payment is successfully completed and your plan is activated, the service is
considered as “delivered” in terms of digital access.
3. No Refund Policy (Standard Rule)
As the Platform provides access to digital services and information immediately on
activation of your membership, all payments made are generally non-refundable.
This applies even if:
- You do not use the service or log in during the membership period.
- You are unable to find a suitable match during the membership period.
- Your expectations regarding the number or type of responses are not met.

You decide to stop using the Platform for personal reasons (for example: engagement,
marriage, or any other reason).
4. Exceptional Refund Considerations
In rare and genuine cases (such as duplicate payments or clearly proven technical
errors on our side), we may consider a partial or full refund at our sole discretion.
Such cases may include:

Duplicate payment: If you are charged twice for the same plan due
to a technical error.

Failed transaction but amount debited: If your payment is debited
from your bank/wallet, but the membership is not activated and the payment gateway
does not auto-reverse the amount.
In such cases, you must inform us within a reasonable period and provide transaction
proof (payment screenshot, bank statement, UTR number, etc.). After verification with
the payment gateway and/or bank, we may process a refund or activate the service.
5. Cancellation by Member

You may choose to cancel or deactivate your profile at any time from your account
settings or by contacting us.

Cancellation or deactivation of your profile does not entitle you
to a refund of any portion of the membership fee already paid.

If you get engaged or married during the membership period, you are requested to
promptly update your profile status or ask us to deactivate/delete it.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform
if you violate our Terms & Conditions, post inappropriate content, or misuse
member information.

In such cases of violation or misuse, no refund will be provided for
the remaining membership period.

If your account is suspended or terminated due to technical or administrative reasons
not related to any fault of yours, we may, at our discretion:
- Extend your membership period, or
- Provide an alternative compensation or partial refund.
7. Plan Upgrades, Downgrades & Transfers

In some cases, you may be allowed to upgrade to a higher plan by paying the
difference in fees, subject to our current offers and rules.

Downgrading plans or converting paid plans to free plans will not make you eligible
for any refund or credit balance.

Memberships are generally non-transferable between profiles. Any
exception will be purely at our discretion and based on internal verification.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you raise a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider
without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your
account.

We will share necessary transaction and usage details with the payment gateway or
bank to resolve disputes as per applicable rules.
9. Service Interruptions & Technical Issues
We strive to keep the Platform available and functioning smoothly. However, temporary
interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, server issues, or reasons beyond
our control (such as network failures, ISP issues, or force majeure events).

Short-term interruptions do not qualify for a refund.

In case of prolonged disruptions affecting major parts of your active membership
period, we may provide a reasonable extension of your plan or another suitable
remedy at our discretion.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may modify or update this Refunds & Cancellation Policy from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted on the Website with the date of the latest revision.
Your continued use of the Platform after such changes will be treated as your acceptance
of the revised Policy.

- Your registered name and mobile number.
- Your registered email ID (if applicable).
- Transaction ID / UTR number and payment date.
